Work breakdown structure and scope details
Designed for people who lead or contribute to project work.
Define the project outcome, deliverables and work packages. Add assumptions, constraints and dependencies, then present the scope in editable slides.
- Start from a blank project or one of 16 editable IT and related project templates.
- Switch to Mind map for radial or directional branches, floating topics, labelled topic links, branch colours and focus mode.
- Edit the graphic hierarchy or outline. Drag items to place, reorder or nest them; Auto arrange applies the selected layout.
- Save a project JSON file and export formats for Jira, Microsoft Project and Confluence.
- Download high-resolution SVG and PNG diagrams or an editable PowerPoint made of shapes and connectors.
- Use presentation slides that split larger WBS trees to keep labels readable.
This app stores working data in this browser only. Download a project JSON file to carry it to another browser or device. Jira and Confluence exports are files or copy-ready content for you to import or paste.
File and contact
The app is self-contained. It uses no remote code, fonts, services or assets. Open the downloaded HTML file in a current desktop browser to work offline.

PowerPoint exports use editable text, shapes and connectors. Microsoft Project XML contains the WBS hierarchy and leaves schedule fields empty. Imported Jira fields may need mapping in Jira’s CSV import screen.
Before closing, export a project JSON file if you need a copy outside this browser. Browser autosave remains on this device and browser profile.
